Forza


There are 2 types of Forza games, Forza Horizon, which sets you free in an open world where you crash through rainforests, thunder past cities and have fun with your friends. Forza motorsport focuses on the tarmac track and you win races upgrade your cars to wheelie, drag, drift or race. Yet again, I wil be taking you through the present and the future of Forza games. Forza have done really well in graphics and detail in their Horizon games, every time you drive past a building in Nice, you can always see the contents of the building, for example, if it's a book shop you'll see every book from inside your car, and if drive around the edge of the set map you'll see the mountains around in just as much detail as the road in front of you. In Forza motorsport it's a bit more concentrated, but you can always have fun racing around whatever track you like in whatever car you like. There is a drag strip where you can make your cars do crazy wheelies, and mad race tracks to test your car's full potential on the track. Anyway, The present Forza games on sale are Forza motosport 6 and Forza Horizon 2 and the Forza game which is coming out on September 27th 2016 is Forza Horizon 3. Let's start with the Horizon games.

Horizon

The first ever Horizon game came out just after Forza Motorsport 4. Basically, it set you free in an open world where you can drive fast cars and crash them into things if you so wish. Now though, the new Horizon game, Forza Horizon 2, gives you more cars, more space to drive around in and more custimation options. Here's the trailer for forza horizon 2.

So, you start Forza Horizon 2 as a rookie racer at a music festival, and you progress through the game until you get to the final race, the horizon finale. In this race you race around the whole map and if you win you get 1,000,000 in-game credits. When I won this money I bought a Ferrari laFerrari and Hennessy Venom with the 1,000,000 credits and the small bit money I had on me at the moment. What would you do with that amount of money? racing isn't the only thing you can do in this game. Here's a picture of the map so you know what you can do in the game.

Now, you may not be able to see from the picture but there were lots of things like the airfield where you can test out your car's top speedon the drag strip without interference by the drivertars. There was the Zona Industriale where you can do some awesome jumps, and finally, the motorway, this is where you test your car's true top speed and compare it to the top speed the game "says" your car can do in your tuning. I think that if you like adventuring through different terrains, experimenting with fast cars to see what their true potential is and upgrading and tuning your car to drift so you can go and have fun with your friends then Forza Horizon 2 is the game for you!! Hey, that rhymes, brilliant!!!! I'm going to use that in every website I make.

Special Events

In Forza Horizon 2 there are things called "bucket lists". This is where you get given a loan car such as a McLaren P1, Konigsegg Agera or a Lamborghini Veneno which you have to complete certain challenges like "go past the speed camera over 140mph." or "get to Zona Industriale in 4 minutes and 30 seconds. These events give you more money and XP. Other events like the bucket lists are the special events in the game where you do things like racing a plane or a train.

Barn Finds

Barn Finds are cars that are hidden in barns around the map, normally off-road. The full list of Barn Finds is below

Car Packs

Now, there are over 200 cars in Forza Horizon 2 but you can have even more cars by buying Car Packs. New Car Packs come out on the first Tuesday of every month that give you 7 cars. Here is the a car pack for Forza Horizon 2.

As I said in the first paragraph, there are 2 types of Forza. Forza Motorsport and Forza Horizon. We've only gone through one type, Forza Horizon. Let's go through Forza Motorsport.

Motorsport

Forza Motorsport games are more focused on the track and the drag strip. Yet again, the game is extremely detailed. So, if you look into the stands on Monza then you'll see every person cheering. There are over 400 cars in the present game Forza Motorsport 6, the current Motorsport game. Car packs have come back to Forza Motorsport 6 and I think that the majority of them are better than the ones in Forza Horizon 2. You can do more with your cars because Forza Horizon games don't have drag tyres but you can do crazy wheelies in Forza Motorsport 6. There's a video about how to make a wheelie car and a review of a car pack down below. There are racecars in Forza Motorsport so you can have more high PI cars in your garage. PI stands for performance indecx. The higher your PI then the better your car can go around a track. The PI ratings go from X class (F1 cars and upgraded LMS cars) to E class (The original Fiat 500 and a BMW Isettta) other classes range

    8. Now let's talk about the future of Forza. Forza Horizon 3. Here's the trailer for Forza Horizon 3.

    Forza Horizon 3 has new things being revealed each week so this is going to be a bit longer than the part on Gran Turismo Sport. Forza Horizon 3 will have over 350 cars, the most that has ever been in a Horizon game before. The map will be twice the size as Forza Horizon 2, there'll be more custimization options than ever before with widebody kits coming from companies such as Rocket Bunny and Liberty Walk. Racecars are coming into a Horizon game for the first time from Forza Horizon. Overall, this is going to be the biggest and best Forza game yet.

    Forza Horizon 3 map

    The Forza Horizon 3 map will be twice the size of the Forza Horizon 2 map. There will be more enviroments such as the rainforest, the outback and the beach. there will be elevation changes on the map too, so if you go up to a cliff edge you can actually fall off it. here's a video about the Forza Horizon 3 map.

    Another thing to focus on for Forza Horizon 3 is online things. There will be one cool thing that is coming to Forza Horizon 3 is drone mode. This drone mode allows you to fly around as a drone and take photos or videos of people driving around the map. Here's a video on Forza Horizon 3 online.
